What is the cost?

The programme is fully funded for those businesses selected to participate. The only investment is your time, effort and commitment.

How does it work?

Participants will:

Work one-on-one with a WHK Business Growth advisor
Attend workshop sessions, where participants share experiences and put together action plans to take their businesses to the next stage of growth.

The process involves:

Completing a programme application form
Completing a confidential assessment of your business with a WHK Business Growth advisor. This assessment will help to identify some of the strengths and opportunities for improvement. As you work through the assessment process with your advisor, opportunities for your business will be identified and documented
Attending several workshops over a number of consecutive weeks. These workshops create opportunities to learn from others, both on the day and moving forward. Please note that there is an expectation that you (or at least one representative from your company) attend all programme sessions. Utilising implementation support from a WHK Business Growth advisor. This will be made up of sessions that will allow you to focus on your specific areas for improvement
Tracking the performance of your business over the programme duration.
