Participating businesses will attend a series of four workshops and receive follow-up coaching with the objective of improving their business acumen and skills to successfully grow the business.

Programme Modules:
Throughout the programme participants will work one-on-one with a WHK Business Growth advisor to develop action plans to take their businesses to the next stage of growth. There are four workshops to attend, which are designed to be thought-provoking, but practically orientated.
Day 1: Planning for Growth
Day 2: Building your Online Strategy and Getting Paid
- Preparing your online strategy
- How to effectively grow your fashion business online and manage client relationships
- Reduce your risk - Implementing an effective credit policy
- What you can do to better ensure you get paid!
Day 3: Branding, Sponsorship and Using the Media
- Developing a strategy to build and position your Brand
- Understand how to leverage sponsorship
- Building your profile in the media
Day 4: Financial Performance Optimisation
- We look at the financial elements of your business and identify where changes can be made
- Accurate job costing and cost behaviours
- Break-even analysis and profit margins
- Problem pricing
- Pricing effects your position
- Pricing for the export market - includes rules of origin, incoterms and duty
After completing the programme you will be better equipped with the business tools you need to plan for success in the fashion industry.
