Do these issues sound familiar?

  • I spend all my time at work fighting fires!
  • Staff just won’t treat this business as their own!
  • We need to increase our output!
  • We struggle with cash flow month to month!
  • We have a whole bunch of material left over & why?
  • We are so short of space!
  • Our office systems are not working and we are plagued by constant breakdowns!
  • Our competitors always seem to have the jump on us!
  • We are spending 40% of our available time making perfectly good waste!
  • Our suppliers are constantly letting us down?
  • Our customers don’t seem to get what our product does!

Attending this programme will help you address these issues and implement solutions. The programme will give you insight into some of the fundamental principles behind lean thinking, as well as access to valuable tools and practical know-how.

Participants will take away simple strategies which can be deployed immediately to kick-start a variety of quick win projects within their businesses.

The Programme

Made up of four workshops and one-on-one follow up coaching sessions, the programme will cover the following key business development areas:

Lean is a systematic approach toward continuous business improvement through the identification and elimination of all forms of waste, improving process flow and efficiency while delivering exactly what the customer wants when they want it. Lean is also about doing more (quality, speed and getting the process right the first time) & with less (time, inventory, space and money)

Day 2: Reduction Analysis and Measurement - 12 May, 9am - 4:30pm
