We are now looking for fifteen innovative ICT businesses to participate in the next High Impact Programme commencing June 2010 in Albany.

- Setting pricing strategies
- Competition and demand analysis and their effect on price
Day 3: Raising Capital (9am - 4.30pm) 22 June 2010
- Raising capital
- Understanding your options
- What do investors look for?
- Preparing your business case
- Preparing for venture capital
- What is your business worth?
- Understand the legal issues!
- Finding the Investor and doing the deal
Day 4: Value Proposition/Sales Pitch (9am - 4.30pm) 29 June 2010
- Building your positioning statement
- How to approach and structure your sales meetings
- Using the SPIN interview technique to verify prospect needs
- Matching benefits to features - validating your claims
- Handling objections and dealing with price objections
- Closing the sale and asking for a decision
- Effective presentation techniques
