As a business owner do you sometimes wish your staff were as enthusiastic about your business as you are? This half day workshop demonstrates a process for engaging staff that only a few outstanding companies in New Zealand have discovered and implemented as a means to improve long term performance. It will demonstrate how you can build a culture of continuous improvement in your business and teach your staff to think like business owners.
Course content includes:
- What effective leaders do and don’t do to engage their staff
- Human nature - Why people do what they do
- How to get yourself and your team “on the same page”
- A process for teamwork and problem solving
- How to initiate improvement and culture change activity
- Companies that have had great success and how they did it
All registered attendees are entitled to a one-on-one coaching session which can be booked after the workshop.
