This workshop will help designers understand costs and what drives profitability in their business and effectively set pricing levels.

  • Understanding fixed and variable costs
  • Calculating the true sales price and your charge out rate
  • What level of patronage/sales do you need to breakeven and make a profit?
  • Allocating overheads to apparel and setting prices to ensure profitability
  • Material wastage and the affect on cost and price
  • Includes worked examples
