This workshop will help designers understand costs and what drives profitability in their business and effectively set pricing levels.

- Understanding fixed and variable costs
- Calculating the true sales price and your charge out rate
- What level of patronage/sales do you need to breakeven and make a profit?
- Allocating overheads to apparel and setting prices to ensure profitability
- Material wastage and the affect on cost and price
